Ohio Spirits and Importing Company is in private negations for the possible acquisition of Pittsburgh’s Faded Industry Entertainment LLC.

Premier Innovations Group has been in confidential negotiations with a Pittsburgh, PA based entertainment company for a possible merger thus creating a spirits company with an in house promotions team who specializes in the nightlife scene. “I anticipate an accepted counter offer within the next two months” says Premier Innovations Group CEO - Noah Cohen, “I personally have been working closely with the Faded staff for over a year. They have already tackled many projects with impressive results. I could not have found a better organization that combines their unique talents with strong and rational business sense.
